    Once you have decided you would like to set up your In-Home Consultation, fill out the Contact Form on the bottom of the Home Page or the Contact Us Page. Once submitted, you will receive a reply within a few hours. If you submit the Contact Form after hours or on the weekend when we are closed, you will receive a reply on the next business day.

  • Booking Your Consultation

    Our Booking Agent will work within your availability to set up your In Home Consultation with one of our Estimators who will meet with you and go over the Details Of Your Project.


    If you are Not Able To Meet In Person, you don’t have access to your new home, your new home isn’t built, or for any other reason, we can work with you to Complete Your Estimate Virtually. We will simply ask you to send us information based on your situation which could include photos, room sizes, floor plans if available, mls listings, as well as answering a few questions to get a full picture of your project needs. With this information, we will email you your estimate.


    *Keep In Mind that although pictures and plans are helpful, seeing the Project In Person is the ideal way for you to get the most accurate estimate and this option is always preferred. It is also the best way for you to get a real sense of Our Expertise And Professionalism and ask all the questions that may not get answered by email.

  • Receiving Your Estimate

    Once you have met with our Estimator, virtually or in-person, they will calculate all labour and material costs and Put A Formal Estimate Together. This will be emailed to the address you provided us when setting up your consultation. 


    We use an Estimating App, so once you open your email you will be instructed to Click A Button to open your estimate. Once your estimate is open, there is a button at the top of the estimate called “Attachments”. Make sure you open this as this is where you will find a copy of our WSIB, Insurance, How To Prep For Us To Paint Your Home, How To Prep During Covid Times, and a bunch of other helpful information.


    Make sure you Read Through The Entire estimate. We are very thorough and our estimates are very detailed to include everything that was discussed during the consultation. Once approved by you, Everything That Is Written Will Be Completed, nothing more nothing less. This estimate is converted into a work order and given to the Painters to complete the work. This ensures that there are No Misunderstandings and that all work will be completed exactly to your specifications.


    If, once on site, you decide You Want Additional Work completed, or an unexpected issue arises, this will be discussed between you and the Project Manager. An Additional Estimate will be created for the additional work, and once approved by you, it will be converted into a work order and given to the Painters to complete. Absolutely No Additional Costs Will Be Added or work completed without your approval.

  • Deposits

    We Do Not Require A Deposit of any kind unless your project exceeds $25,000. If your project does exceed $25,000 a discussion will be had on a Case By Case basis about payment terms. Otherwise, all invoices will be Paid In Full upon completion. More about this under Completion Day.

  • Choosing A Project Start Date

    After reading through your proposed estimate, you will hopefully make the decision to hire us to complete your project. If so, THANK YOU SO MUCH! WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY! People like you are why we are in business and we are Very Grateful To Serve You!


    You can either Reply To Your Estimate Email or Give Us A Call To Book a start date for your project. Our Booking Agent will work with you to accomodate the best available start date that works for both of us.


    Once you are booked in, our Project Manager Will Reach Out To You the week before your start date to go over final preparations, paint colours, exact start day and time and instructions for entry. This is the best time for you to ask any last minute questions.

  • Choosing Your Colours

    By the time most of our customers contact us, they have usually already spent a great deal of time Choosing Their New Paint Colours or in some cases have had an Interior Decorator/Designer make colour recommendations for them. 


    In the event that you Just Aren’t Sure what colours will work with your decor, countertops, tile floors or natural woodwork, don’t fret, we offer all of our customers a Complimentary Colour Consultation


    Our Project Manager has Extensive Product Knowledge and experience in colour coordination, colour pallettes, undertones, lighting, paint sheens, paint type and quality level for every different type of application. You can Trust Us to not only Help You choose the right colours for your space, but ensure that the right product and sheen are used for Your Specific Budget and project needs.

  • Prepping For Our Painters

    When you receive your estimate in your email, there is a Button At The Top Called “Attachments”. Click on this button and you will find a bunch of information including, a document named “How To Prep For Us To Paint Your Home”. Please read through this document. 


    Some Of The Things You Will Need To Do To Prepare For Us Include:

    • Packing up your small and valuable decore
    • Removing all art from the walls we are painting
    • Rolling up area rugs out of the way
    • Removing face plates from plugs and light switches
    • Moving furniture to the centre of the room

  • Start Date - Painters On-Site

    Congratulations! You have made it to your first Project Day, Yippy! Our Painters start every day at 8:00am and finish for the day at 4:30pm and will return Everyday Consecutively until the project is complete, unless other arrangements have been made with you.


    Make sure that the Painters are able to follow through with Entry Instructions if you will not be home to let them in. Our Project Manager will meet the Painters on site to go over the project and deliver your paint and materials. 


    Our Painters will Cover Your Floors and keep the workspace clean and organized throughout the project to ensure Everything Is Protected and that our tools and supplies are not in your way.

  • Completion Day

    Upon completion, our Project Manager will Walk The Project With You, thoroughly inspecting the finished work for any deficiencies. If deficiencies are found, we will either complete them on the spot, or book a future day to get them done. If you are not available to attend the walk through upon completion, our Project Manager will walk through with our Painters and ask you to perform your own thorough walk through once you are able to get to the site.


    No Payment will be requested until the walk through has been performed and you give your Verbal or Written Sign Off that you are satisfied with the completed work.

  • Receiving Your Invoice/Payment Methods

    Once you are satisfied that the Work Is Complete, we will email you your invoice. There are many Payment Options which include cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard.


    Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer. If paying by Visa or Mastercard, there is an additional 4% fee. 

  • Feed Back And Review

    Our Booking Agent will give you a call shortly after your project has been completed and you have approved the final walk through and invoice. The purpose of this call is to Get Your Feedback on our Professionalism, Quality of our work, and Communication Skills from start to finish.
